"This is Excluded from federal taxable wages. So my Question is, can you claim this under medical?"

I pay out of my check weekly: Dental, Medical, Vision. On the bottom of my check stub, it states *Excluded from federal taxable wages.

So can I claim what I pay?

You might ask your human resources department or payroll to be sure, but it sounds as if those entries were pulled out before taxes, so they would not be entered as deductions as those amounts were not included for your taxable income for social security, medicare or your gross income.
