I cant e-file my federal return although they are correct and complete

I have completed all the forms necessary and it appears the returns are correct.  I want to e-file my federal return, however, when I request the e-file option, nothing happens.  What does appear on the screen is the instructions for entering the routing and account number of the bank account which I entered and checked for correctness.  What do I do now?

This could be a Browser Issue. Log out of Turbo Tax, Delete your cookies and Browser caches. Close your browser and reopen it.   If the above doesn't resolve your issue, please try using a different browser.Please see the more information below on clearing caches.
