Third Party Designee - how to designate IRS and CA?

How do I designate a Third Party Designee for both IRS and CA? I am using desktop TurboTax Deluxe on a Mac. I am unable to change the checkbox in Forms View from No to Yes. I am unable to type in any information in this section such as the Designee's name and phone number. I did not see where I can input this information going through the Turbo Tax Easy Step Process. I've done the final review and am ready to file except for this Third Party Designee issue.

Third Party Designee - how to designate IRS and CA?

Thanks. I called Turbo Tax Support and learned that in order to change the Third Party Designee on IRS 1040, I have to go to Forms and open up the "Info Wks" and scroll down to Part VI-Additional Information for Your Federal Return. Third Party Designee is near the end of the section. I was able to change the automatically checked No box to Yes and fill in the designee name, phone number and Personal Identification number (you choose a five digit number for the designee).

 

I did the same for California 540. From Forms, open "Info Worksheet", scroll down to Part VI-Other Information. I was able to change Third Party Designee to Yes and fill in the name and phone number. It did not autofill from the Federal 1040 after I filled that one and ran through the state review process again.
