Federal balance due amounts or additional taxes owed (or repaid) after receiving a notice from the IRS are not entered anywhere as part of your tax return.

The only Federal payments that are entered would be Estimated Tax Payments.

efile fee paid on credit card and same amount was deducted from federal tax refund deposit
