Personal info says "spouse in military: NO" but I can't change it to YES in the edit screen

The Turbo Tax software doesn't let you make changes directly to the tax 'forms' that it shows on the screen. You have to go back and edit your return(s). In this case, you would need to go back to the 'Personal Information' section towards the very beginning, and go through the applicable questions again. Once you make your change, you can jump right back to where ever you were with the menu bar.
