How to Order What I want in place of what Turbo Tax wants me to order? I don't want State version.

are you trying to buy the Desktop program?  They only sell the Desktop program with state.  You can find Deluxe without state in stores.  Or which 3 products are pre enter to order?

Are you trying to file and pay for the Online version?   To not pay for state you can delete it.  How to delete the state,
