Try these options to fix the issue you are having
If you are using TurboTax Online
- Check your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
- Check on your internet connection
- Try using a different web browser
If you are using TurboTax Desktop
- Make sure the software is updated.
- If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
- Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software.

To manually enter this information you will need a physical or digital copy of her 1099-INT and manually put it in the software. See the captures below for some guidance
- From the Investments and Savings screen, you will skip the importing option and click Enter in a Different way

- You will then select the type of investment income received, and hit continue

- You will then see the option to type it manually. You can also upload the PDF from your computer, or snap a picture of it
