The SSA-1099 entry screen has two columns, one  for you and one for your spouse. If you do not yet get Social security, enter her SS in her column and leave yours blank.

Every other income source entry screen also asks you, by name,  which spouse the income is for.

Same place yours does, under the Wages & Income (or Personal Income) tab. If she has a W-2, it goes it that section. If she has a 1099-MISC, then it goes in the section for that. Make sure you read the screens so you correctly identify who the income belongs to.
