Sorry, have no idea what web page you are trying to find. Could you elaborate?
Same problem here. In entering the W2, turbotax online says scan the QR code. So I hold up my phone to my desktop display. Phone interprets a web page address. Click on the address. Web page says "We're sorry...." This is not the only post about this bug. If the feature doesn't work, fix it. If you don't want to fix it, take the feature off the web page and stop wasting everyone's time.
