The financial institution that I have is Neighbors Credit Union. However, I do not have the option to pick that here.

I understand that some financial institutions may have another name for investments but from the looks of it Neighbors does not.

You will probably need to download/print your tax documents from Neighbors Credit Union and enter them manually into the program.

If your financial institution is not on the drop down list then click the words "I'll type it in myself" and enter your information by keying it in by hand.
