I received the same email but when I went to order details mine says payment completed through refund transfer and the IRS website hasn't updated for me yet, so I called, and I was told if my payment says completed that my refund was approved by the IRS so hopefully I'll receive mine soon so anybody who's not under the path act and you're not updating keep having faith and if your using TurboTax and are paying their fees through their refund check order details to see if they have changed from pending to completed.

Your only reliable source of information about your refund is the IRS refund site.   Ignore that "marketing" email that went out.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

This is my current issue received that email yesterday afternoon checked my account fees they were completed and the 5 day early fees still pending contacted live expert and they said the 5 day early was being held couldn’t tell me why or for what just that my other fees have been paid and to check wmr.. been trying to figure this out since all I’ve come up with is nothing other than it’s a possibility to have the released before our accounts are updated.. I’ve always had my taxes by 2/14 every year except when I filed in march a few years ago
