What error message are you getting when trying to e-file?

The app says it does not recognize my e file when tryin to send in my e file. And waiting 24 hrs for the latest app. I have the latest app.

You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Also, you have the option to switch between the online version and the mobile app version.
