I used Business edition for my LLC, but now need to do state (GA) and personal tax return. I would like to purchase a CD - what is the most cost effective choice?

TurboTax Basic is the most cost effective at just $39.99 There are 3 higher levels of service. Here's the link to the comparison to see which is right for you. You can upgrade after purchase if you decide you need a higher level.

I don't think Basic would address state version for LLC, would it?

Yes, my apologies, you would have to pay for state so it would be smarter to just purchase Deluxe and get the Georgia download included.
