Texas Form 05-102 should not be completed for Final Return

I am getting a message from Turbotax that says Form 05-102 should not be completed on final returns. The software completed it automatically and I cannot delete it. I tried to e-file even with the message, but it wouldn't file. How can I remove Form 05-102?
