If there are any special characters in it, leave them out. Be sure it matches the Social Security card.

No are no special characters. I have entered my name exactly as it is displayed on my social and on my w2. Not sure if this is a bug.

No, not a bug. Delete it and type it in again. Do not enter a blank space at the end.
