I filled my taxes and later realized I forgot to add a W-2. How can I add this to my tax return?

once the original return is processed, you may have to file an amended return. hoowever, the IRS may catch this and change your return accordingly without the need to amend. if it does change your original filing it will send you a letter notifying you of the changes. if you have to amend it must be mailed in.
