My taxes were rejected after I was on phone with a profesional helper from Turbotax

When your tax return was rejected did you receieve a reason for the rejection of a reject code? If you did please post them to this thread for additional help.

Log in to your return and select "Fix my return".

Follow the instructions to fix any error that is causing the rejection.
