I'm wondering if someone can file taxes if their only source of income is Calworks (welfare) ? And if they're eligible for the stimulus check being given for the covid 19 pandemic ? If so what do they need to do in order to file they're taxes if they don't have a w2 form and hasn't filed taxes in over 10 years. And what do they need to do to receive a stimulus check? Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated she's a single mom trying to make it day by day thank u
