Taxes not received

I have not received my taxes. I filed and was accepted on 2/6/20. It's going on13 weeks. I called the IRS at 6 weeks. Was told I'd get them at at 8 weeks. Still no taxes but I had to pay turbo tax for what. I have filed with u for a few years. I can't get any answers WHEN AM I GETTING MY MONEY

It is not TurboTax fault you have not received your refund.  Once your return has been accepted, TurboTax does not get any information about your refund, & they cannot contact the IRS on your behalf.  The IRS is the only one that knows when you will receive your refund.  You can check the IRS website Where's My Refund, it updates once a day.
