Taxes keep getting rejected since 2017 please help!!!

Hello! 
I have been using turbo tax since 2015 or so and I thought all of my tax forms went through but I found out this year that not only did my 2018 taxes not go through but also my 2017 taxes didn’t go through. I have tried multiple times to Fix the issue but it keeps coming back rejected. Please help me fix my taxes

You cannot e-file 2017 or 2018.  E-filing is permanently closed for those tax years.  If you did not file your tax returns for those years then the only way to file them now is to print, sign and mail them in.

You mean you did not notice that your refund did not come in for either of those tax returns?  Or did you owe tax due?  Do you see a refund on the form or tax owed?  If you have refunds, there is no penalty for filing them late.  If you owe, your interest and penalties have been adding up since the filing deadlines that you missed.

use an AGI of zero for 2019. if that doesn't work, file on paper at the Post Office  again.

maybe 2020 will be back to normal at the IRS.
