Processing times depend based on your return, and availability.  You should reach out to your tax expert to see what the status of your return is.  You can communicate with your tax expert via the messaging center.

You are supposed to be able to send messages when you are signed in. Since you are not able, you will need to call 800-446-8848.

@AmyC not very helpful response, I am able to message and I have done already but nobody cares to respond to me.
