I have posted on Twitter under @CNNMoneyInvest, @CNN, @CBSNews, and @gma for members of @turbotax @TeamTurboTax because this is ridiculous and you all keep giving us canned answers. This document has been pushed out FOUR times. However, you sent notices to all of us to file early and use YOUR service when you weren't even ready. The fact of the matter is this document, and many others, are available and have been for weeks, at IRS.gov and other tax preparation software companies. If we purchased through some of your providers like Amazon, Chase, Bank of America, and have already downloaded, the money is spent. Even if one can get a refund, they may have to wait for those funds to post and then start ALL OVER and learn other programs. TurboTax/Intuit could have done a much better job with their communication to members, especially at such a difficult time - and considering so many people that are in need to provide for their families. It's like you all don't even care or understand the position that you put many Americans in during this pandemic.
