If you are not able to import your 1099-B, you will have to enter it manually:
Here's where you enter your 1099-B in TurboTax:
1. last year I was able to import from Pershing Net Advisor
2. this year it is listed as one of the entities from which I can download
3. this year I cannot download
4. this is ridiculous. you are regressing.
So, what's the problem you are having? Are you able to log in to your brokerage account? Most of the time the problem usually lies with the brokerage institution. They too have to configure their systems to work with TurboTax.
Select NetXInvestor & it will work. I found it by accident in a sheer panic.
