Tax Year Prior to 2020: My stimulus got rejected. Why? What do I do?

Rejected due to not being able to verify my DOB & social. I tried to verify and it wont let me do it.

Try deleting your DOB and SSN and re-entering them. Sometimes this will get rid of stray characters in the blanks that you can't see. If this doesn't work, there is  something apparently wrong with the IRS and/or the Social Security database. You should verify with the Social Security Administration that their files agree with the SSN and DOB you are using.

If you are unable to revolve it, you will have to print and mail your tax return.

try some of these hints 

type you address EXACTLY as it appears on your tax return.. Try ALL CAPS

social security number must have the dashes included XXX-XX-XXXX

date must have leading zeros if necessary (e,.g. April is "04" not "4')

standardize your address :
