This is absolutely bogus,,told me not enough info for direct deposit,, tried to enter my dd info,, put in a wrong number and it told me to wait 24 HOURS and try again🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Be patient. After finding my account as the last 4 of my social, i checked to make sure the account numbers matched on the 1040 and debit card account match.
The money came in about 20 min ago..
How were you able to see that the money came in?? TC app/site/phone # are down. Thanks for the info🙂
I should have taken a screen shot but in the app, for some reason i was able to slide for balance, and it showed the 2900.00 was sitting there. but you're right i can't fully login. I think their systems are just hammered right now.

mine was in my account. I thought is was gonna have issues because the IRS site shows my last 4 of social as account info. The 12 **’s before it was the bank account info from Green dot.
Received stimulus direct deposit either late last night or this morning (this morning is 04-15-2020).
Was finally able to login to the website and my money is there on my card
Irs portal is saying I was approved but they don't have enough dd info which makes zero sense because I got my taxes through TurboTax. Wth?? Anybody? Also telling me I put in the wrong dd info once I re entered it and now I also have to wait 24 hrs

Hi, everyone. I am trying to get my dd info to the IRS, since obviously they are not using my turbo card for the dd and they already have this info. According to them, I am "eligible for the payment, but do not have enough information to direct deposit your payment". Anyway, I have filled out the information to verify my identity, but it keeps telling me something is wrong. My husband and I owe money to the IRS and they took our refund and STILL owe more money, but I can't figure out what the amount should be for the line that asks for "amount owed". It seems everything I've tried is WRONG! Both my husband and I are both locked out of the IRS for 24 hours. Any suggestions, TURBO TAX? Or anyone else with sensible suggestions? I am staring down the barrel of a paper check God knows when, and as a family of restaurant workers, we are and have been screwed for some time now. Thanks!
To add on to what I just posted, I have tried to input the amount they took for this year (which should've been our return), I added that amount to a letter they sent with the remainder and tried that to no avail, and then just tried the remainder amount... no go. I seen there is a little ? sign saying to look at line 23 or whichever line on the 1040, but mine is blank. I'm in a pickle here and didn't know if anyone else is in this predicament or possibly has a solution, since calling the IRS is a fruitless adventure bc they are closed (I TRIED!). Anyway, ANY suggestions are welcome. Thanks again, everyone including TURBO TAX if you're reading, as I paid for services, I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Stoked for everyone that already received their stimulus. 🙂
Has anyone attempted and FAILED to change their dd info on the IRS ws, but still got their stimulus?
