Need to update software for 2019 Federal Poverty Level and maximum HSA contribution limits.

Be patient.  There will be many many program updates.  Keep updating.  Go up to Online-Check for Updates.

Yes, it's Dec 10th and Form 8962  is still listing  the 2018 poverty level rather than the 2019 poverty level. It should be ( in the case of a family of two) $16,460, not $16,240. That refers to the 48 states, not Alaska and Hawaii.

You can try to do an update in your desktop software, however, it is possible that this form will not be updated until closer to the time when TurboTax starts allowing you to submit your returns in January.  

If you are entering information now, be sure to do an update on your desktop software prior to submitting your return in January.

If you are using the online version, it will automatically be updated.
