Tax withholding
Is there some way to find out how much income tax I have paid for the year before the end of the year?

Tax withholding
While not know you are sustaining your life financially, if you are working as an employee for a business of any type, and not as an Independent Contractor providing services to others, your periodic paystub would clearly report what your year-to-date withholding taxes are, regardless of whether you receive it physically or can only download your paystub on a company human resource website. If you made estimated tax payments, you can check your bank statements as well as visit your personal account with the IRS to assess any of those individual payments during the year.
