Just a quick question just to confirm. You can't get a refund for Medicare tax taken from your paycheck unless you overpaid right? Thank you.

You do not get a refund for Medicare deducted from your paychecks.    That goes toward the time when you turn 65 and get healthcare coverage from Medicare.
