If you filed a tax return using TurboTax, you should be able to find a copy of it while logged into TurboTax as follows:
1. log into your TurboTax program and find "Your tax returns and documents" on your home page
2. Click the "Show" option
3. Look under "2018" for the option "Download/print return(PDF)"
4. Click on that option to see a copy of your 2018 tax return
If you did not file with TurboTax, you can get a transcript of your tax return online from the IRS as follows:

There is no requirement to have filed a tax return last year in order to file one this year. Where is it asking you this?
email says the irs has security rules in place that require your 2018 AGI. when i sign in its just the home scree.
If you did not file a tax return for 2018, enter 0 (zero) as the AGI.
i did file though
