Tax return taking by dua

I did my taxes on September 2 called approved and I did get unemployment, but was not at fault and had an overpayment also got excepted for the waiver due to my Social Security disability with my disorder. Now they’re trying to take my money, but I also got a letter from, the IRS wanting to verify my identity also did that don’t know where my money is in what to do

We here at TurboTax have no answers for this question.   You will need to contact the DUA to find out why they have put an offset against your tax refund.
