This is a public community so for this reason the emails were removed for your privacy. The form you mention evidently has nothing to do with your Grandson's return based on your comments.
It's quite possible the return will need to be mailed. The IRS sometimes rejects a return if, for example, your Grandson is a dependent on another tax return. If that's not the case, you should still be prepared to mail the tax return if the reject continues to be the result.
