I am G4 Visa Holder. I need guidance on lodging tax return specifically for the share sale and dividend reciept. In my case for FY20, the income is less than $200.

It sounds likely that you do not have a filing requirement because the income that you received was below the filing threshold requirement of $12,400. As an FYI, however, G4 visa holders are subject to a 30% tax on capital gains from a US source if they were in the US for 183 days or more in a tax year.
And if the g-4 visa holder was less than 183 days in the USA, still pays 30% on capital gains or another percentage?
G-4 visa holders are considered as nonresidents for tax purposes. As TurboTax does not cover nonresident filing, you are advised to contact Sprintax.
