Tax return being reviewed

I got a letter that my tax return is on a 60 day review. I contacted and received an advocate, got my needed paperwork sent in and the advocate for the referral sent. Waiting on the IRS now. Got a notification that Turbo Tax is going to debit my account for my tax services. Is there anything I can do to delay this a little longer? I am out of work due to COVID-19 and don't really have the money at the moment.
