Tax rejected, need Spouse's AGI

I was rejected for spouses agi, I was told it was the same agi for both spouses if filed jointly last year. Since Im after the deadline, can I be able to file it by mail without penalty?

maybe. it's late unless you filed an extension and paid any balance due. however, if you are due refunds there will be no penalties since they are based on amount due. you were told correctly. if you filed jointly last year the agi for both of you is what was on the joint return as originally filed.
