The letter that you received from the IRS lists all of the possible reasons that your refund was reduced. Not all of them necessarily apply to you. One of them probably does. You will need to review any of the reasons that could apply to you and then go over your return to see if that was the reason that your refund was reduced. If you agree with the reason then your return has been adjusted and you're all set. If you disagree you will have to argue with the IRS. I recommend waiting til after April 19th to do that.
