So I have checked my refund and called the [phone number removed] for the IRS and cant get anything to find out what happed it's been over 21 days since doing it what do I do know

At this time, the stimulus payments are taking precedence with the IRS. They will re-open their phone lines soon. Rest assured, though, that if you're expecting a refund, it is coming once the IRS gets things squared away with the stimulus details.
