I pay for my health insurance completely out of my own pocket, when I enter my information into turbo tax 2021 it states I can't claim it?

What proof do I need to submit to the IRS for filing my taxes for receipts, for healthcare expenses?

I bought the turbo tax 2021 from the store, I used the verification code from the box when I installed it on my computer and now it wants me to pay for it again?

Health Insurance is a Medical Deduction, so you first must Itemize deductions (If your standard deduction is more TurboTax will recommend using the standard deduction.) In addition, the deductible amount is the total paid less 7.5% of your adjusted gross income.
