Tax Expert Assistance Failure

I paid the $60 for this service and all I get is a fake call from a machine that hangs up on me rather than providing me with any advice or assistance! I want some real assistance from a live expert!

Have you been able to message your TurboTax live expert through your TurboTax account? You should be able to send and receive messages there and schedule a phone call with your expert.
