I don't understand what in the world is going on, Federal review says my taxable income is zero yet I still own $1,360 How is that even possible?

I see you have 2 threads on this same issue.

See the answer I left for you in your other thread.  I told you there some things you can do to look to see if what you are experiencing is due to self-employment tax, which is a separate tax from income tax and is calculated separately.
