We are married filing joint return . Taxable income is 107,930 . Turbo tax calculated it as 27,378. We already paid 10,326 . We still owe 17,052 . I don't understand why so high. Tax table shows should have multiplied it by .22. It should have been 23,744.6. Its over 3,633.4 .

UT - Uncollected tax, on the 1040, line 62, is a result of the IRS-W2, box 12, containing a code of: A - Uncollected social security or RRTA tax on tips. Check your W2 to see if there is an entry in Box 12-Code A. If so, you do not want to remove tis from your return. IRS has a record of that W2 with the UT and is expecting you to report it.
You probably have other taxes besides the ordinary income tax on your income. Do you have a Schedule 2 in your tax return? Schedule 2 shows other taxes you may be subject to such as Self-Employment tax, Alternative Minimum tax, Unreported SS and Medicare tax, etc. On your Form 1040, you will see these additional taxes on lines 12b and 15.
The 2019 tax table shows total tax for Married Filing Jointly returns with a taxable income of $107,930 to be $15,462 (your taxable income * .22 - $8283). Any amounts above the $15,462 are for something else besides ordinary income. On your 1040, verify the amount on Line 12a. It should be $15,462 unless one of the boxes (1-3) on Line 12a is checked.
It is only $15,462. !2 a, b , c are not check. I saw Sch 2 with an additional of 12,625 with the instruction code of UT. What is that ?
How do I removed it from turbo tax premier ?
