What "wrong info" was filed? What was lost? We cannot tell from your post if you e-filed successfully or if your e-file was rejected and you are trying to figure out how to re-file or what. Or by "lost" do you mean you cannot find your account? Or....did you file by mail and think the return was lost in the mail?
Customer support may be able to help you sort this out if you have a real-time conversation and explain the issue(s) clearly. But, if you e-filed your return successfully, TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS or state after you file, so no one at TT will be able to help you with the IRS.
Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
