What kind of LLC - - single member or partnership?     You can use TurboTax Self-Employed to file your personal tax return either way.   However, if you need to prepare a return for the business and it is a multi-member LLC, you will need TurboTax Business in addition to Self-Employed.    If you own a single-member LLC, you do not need the Business software, enter your income and expenses on Schedule C - which is included with Self-Employed.    Either way, you don't need to upgrade to file your personal tax return.
