How do I switch my tax return to a different account?

It's not possible to merge accounts at this time. It's always best to use the same account you file with every year.

I did my return with no problem. Now I am trying to open my partner's return to complete it. I can't seem to get in.

For TurboTax Online, each account can only serve one Taxpayer.

You may have up to 5 accounts per e-mail, but each account must have it's own username and password.

Are you using Online or Desktop?
