Switch subscription from Win to Mac version

I've had an auto-renew contract for TTax for several years, but since last year I switched to a Mac. The only download options shown in my account is for Windows. How can I switch my subscription so that I can download the Mac version?

None of the help screens or search options have been at all helpful on this, though I can't think it is very unusual to switch between Win and Mac. The automatic phone system was completely useless, kept sending the same irrelevant info. So thanks in advance for any help on this!
