Support Is Horrible

How can anyone get anything done. I called over 3 hrs ago and no call back yet. It is very sad. I would not recommend Turbo Tax again. I used to love it but now the support is worse than ever. Can't even get started. I will likely be looking elsewhere next year for the first time in almost two decades.
