submission rejected

TurboTax indicates Fed and state forms rejected. Says Let us Help Fix it--we will walk you through the errors. I don't see any errors and am walking alone. How do I get TT to walk with me.

What is the exact rejection message/code in the email from TT?

Thanks for responding.  No error code.  It said, essentially,

Under Deductions and Credits, under Estimates and Other Taxes choose Foreign Tax Credit

Then under Review, clear the error Message (which I did not see) and Resubmit.

That's the only "guidance" I see regarding errors.

I made a change in Foreign Tax Credit from RIC to Various, to Simplified Version (probably used the Simplified Calculation previously--this is my maiden voyage with TurboTax Premier-- and from Accrued to Paid.  Still rejected federal and state.

Please review the details of entering a Foreign Tax Credit before trying to submit again. There may be something else missing, such as the amount of foreign income related to the foreign tax paid.
