TIP:  When you ask a question in the forum, you need to make it clear what product you are using.  I think you are using desktop software based on another thread you posted in yesterday, but most people who see your question won't know.   Otherwise, you risk getting a lot of comments about Online TurboTax.

By the way, if you have recently updated your TurboTax desktop software, reboot/restart your computer, then relaunch TurboTax.  It may or may not make a difference with this issue, however.

I'll tell you how to phone Customer Support below, but there's something you may be able to try first.

I don't know what you mean by "nothing ever shows up" so I'll take a guess.  It may or may not be what you are experiencing.    If there's a problem with the payment screen displaying, or if there are missing elements, and if you are using Windows 10, it might be a display setting issue--a screen resolution or scaling problem in your Windows settings.

In Windows 10 to get to the scaling or resolution settings click the Windows start button in lower left corner, then choose Settings (gear icon), then System, then Display.   Or for a shortcut, you may be able to simply right-click on an empty area of the main Windows desktop monitor screen (not the TurboTax program screen) and in the popup menu choose "Display settings".

First try the scaling setting.  In your Windows Settings do you have scale set to a higher value than the normal 100%?  If so, change it back to 100%. Once the license code is entered and activated, you can later change your scaling setting back like it was.

If lowering the scaling to 100% didn't help, then it may be screen resolution.  Try a lower screen resolution such as 800x600.   If that doesn't work, then try 1024x768.   Once you get past that point, you can revert your resolution setting back like it was.

If that's not your situation, here's how to phone TurboTax Support, and they can question you in realtime to see what you are experiencing.

Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
