Stuck on loop selecting product

I am stuck on an endless loop with Turbo Tax Business. I am a returning customer, having filed my LLC taxes last year using it. I get to the Here is what to expect screen, followed by the scenario based questions (asking which scenarios apply to me). I select the scenarios and it takes me to the recommendation of the product. I select the product, and it takes me to a screen where it asks me to either load the saved details (from last year) for my LLC or add new one. I select the saved details and it takes me back to the Here is what to expect screen. I tried it multiple times and I am stuck in this endless loop. I also cleared the cache multiple times and switched browsers multiple times. Same issue, so it is from the system itself. I need help as I want to file my taxes.
