Hi. I have had my taxes almost done for four days now. I am stuck where it sends me to credit karma to open an account. I filled out the info, but an error message came up saying they cannot verify my info. I contacted their support twice but have not received a response. I also called their help line and spoke with a representative who told me she would send my "case" to a specialist. I haven't heard back from them, either. I also followed their online instructions to verify identity by sending a picture of my drivers license. The app said that it accepted this and had confirmed my identity. However, I still can't get past this when trying to move forward with filing on turbotax. I know you all just keep saying that we need to contact credit karma and talk to them, but what should people do if they have contacted them 3 times through different methods and do not receive a reply with any answers? This is extremely frustrating. I don't know whether to give up and just go to another company or if someone is actually going to help me fix this. I did my taxes early so I could get my refund asap because I NEED IT! These kind of issues don't look good for turbotax.

No, i could not finish filing due to being stuck. I got an e-mail from credit karma today telling me they can not open an account for me due to not being able verify info. I have no idea what this is about but I am forced to go to H&R block now and do everything all over again, plus wait longer for my refund now. I am not happy with your service.
I have used your company for years and always gotten an advance in the past, too. This is it for me, I am done with turbotax.
