Hello, if I purchase Turbo tax deluxe CD through a local store, it comes with one state with it? If I need a second state how do I purchase the second state? Is it at the store or is it an option inside the box?

The states programs are downloaded. You will prompted by the program to download your state. You can add as many states as you need. There is an additional charge for each additional state.
